Planned and designed in collaboration with Lemon Drops Weddings and Events, the ceremony featured romantic floral installations in shades of blush, cream, and coastal greenery that accentuated the lush Mediterranean landscape while keeping the focus squarely on the couple’s heartfelt vows.
Ambient Bistro Lighting and Custom Greenery Privacy Hedges
Transforming the open-air Esplanade into an intimate dinner oasis required thoughtful event design. Gabro Event Services installed extensive overhead cafe bistro string lighting that blanketed the entire dining terrace in a warm, welcoming golden glow as twilight set over the bay.
To provide Allison, Hunter, and their guests complete seclusion from the bustling marina walkway and Paul’s Landing, Gabro Event Services strategically installed full-height faux greenery hedge walls. The modular botanicals blended effortlessly into the Vinoy’s garden grounds, creating an exclusive, private courtyard atmosphere that felt secluded yet spacious.
An Al Fresco Dinner Celebration Under the Florida Stars
As evening fell, guests dined at long wooden banquet tables dressed with tailored linens and romantic candlelight. The combination of twinkling overhead bistro lights, gentle coastal breezes, and personalized details made every conversation intimate and memorable.
