About Gabro Event Services

Since 2010, Gabro Event Services has supplied the furniture, decor, and structures behind some of Tampa Bay’s most memorable weddings, galas, and corporate gatherings. We are an event rental company — the tables you gather around, the lounge you sink into, the tent overhead, and the light that makes it all glow.

Our Story

Gabro Event Services was established in 2010 with a straightforward belief: a beautiful event depends on details that most guests never consciously notice. The weight of a chair. The drape of a linen. Whether the dance floor finish complements the room or fights it.

What began as a small local operation has grown into one of central Florida’s most comprehensive event rental inventories. We work alongside planners, venues, caterers, and couples across the region — supplying, delivering, installing, and collecting, so the people running the event can focus on the people attending it.

We are based in Largo and serve the greater Tampa Bay area and central Florida.

How We Work

Consultation

Tell us the venue, the guest count, and the feeling you are after. We will tell you honestly what works in that space and what does not.

Delivery & Installation

Our team delivers, installs, and positions everything on site. Setup is handled by people who do this every weekend.

Collection

When the event ends, we return and clear it. No lingering logistics for you or your venue.
