Working alongside the talented planning team at Blue Skies Weddings and floral designers at 2Birds Events, Gabro Event Services orchestrated a complete outdoor rental and lighting transformation that honored the boutique hotel’s modern Mediterranean architecture while maximizing the waterfront sunset scenery captured by Amber McWhorter Photography.
1. Modern Lucite Elegance with Clear Ghost Chiavari Chairs
Selecting the proper reception seating for an outdoor rooftop terrace requires balancing visual lightness with functional stability. Gabro Event Services furnished the dining terrace with modern Clear Acrylic Ghost Chiavari Chairs. Their optical transparency allowed the expansive Gulf horizons and golden afternoon sunlight to filter through unobstructed, creating an elevated contemporary aesthetic that never competed with the natural coastal backdrop.

Running the length of each table, lush low-profile runners composed of silver dollar eucalyptus, Italian ruscus, and crisp white floral blossoms brought organic romance to the clean lines of the Mediterranean rooftop, while clear glass cylinder candles illuminated the settings well into dusk.
3. First Dances Under the Stars: Custom Dance Floors & Bistro Lighting
As twilight enveloped St. Pete Beach, the rooftop terrace underwent a dramatic shift in energy. Central to the evening’s entertainment was a custom dance floor engineered specifically for the terrace layout. Surrounded by the glittering lights of the bay and open sky, the couple shared their romantic first dance as husband and wife.
Suspended overhead, warm festoon market bistro lighting cast a golden canopy across the entire terrace.
