New College of Florida is one of Sarasota’s most beautiful event spaces — a historic mansion surrounded by lush grounds and gorgeous waterfront views. But with that beauty comes a challenge: the venue provides the bones, and you have to bring everything else.
That’s exactly the kind of job we live for. Alexis and Dylan’s design vision was timeless and neutral — a classic black-and-white palette that would let the venue and the people in it take center stage. Our role was to build the infrastructure that made that vision work, from the ceremony all the way through the last dance.
All-White Chairs That Set the Tone

For a wedding built around simplicity and elegance, every detail has to earn its place. We provided all-white ceremony and reception chairs that worked seamlessly with the couple’s black-and-white color scheme, complementing the florals from Save The Date Florida and the linens from Panache Events without competing with them.

Our reception tables gave the florist a clean, sturdy canvas to work with. The result — Calla Lilies, amaranthus, and moody candlelight at every table — was the kind of tablescape that makes guests stop and take a photo before they even sit down.
A Dance Floor Built for the Night

Music was everything to this couple — and they needed a dance floor that could handle a full night of it. Our dance floor anchored the reception space and gave the room its energy. From the first dance to the last song, it was exactly what a great dance floor should be: solid, beautiful, and completely invisible until someone steps onto it.
