Robin and Todd envisioned an upscale celebration that blended traditional Southern country club heritage with fresh, garden-inspired romance. Belleair Country Club offered the perfect venue, combining manicured grounds, majestic Spanish-moss draped oaks, and a historic grand ballroom.
With guidance from lead planner Tammy of Special Moments Event Planning, the ceremony lawn was styled with elegant floral pedestals laden with blush garden roses, white hydrangeas, and soft eucalyptus. As family and friends watched from cushioned chairs beneath the shade of the ancient canopy, Robin and Todd exchanged vows in a tranquil, heartfelt setting.
Dramatic Ballroom Transformation with Flowing Ceiling Draping
Stepping into the reception ballroom, guests entered a dreamy, fairytale environment. Gabro Event Services designed and installed an elaborate ceiling fabric draping installation that billowed outward from the central crystal chandeliers across the entire expanse of the ballroom.
The sheer white chiffon fabric softened the room’s soaring architecture, drawing eyes upward while casting an ethereal, intimate ambiance over the dining room below. The custom draping treatment elevated the grand space into an enchanting canopy, seamlessly harmonizing with the soft pink uplighting and warm candlelight.
Blush Floral Installations and Gilded Sweetheart Elegance
At the focal point of the ballroom sat a romantic sweetheart table enveloped in cascading blush blooms and trailing greenery designed by The Arts Floral Design Studio. Gilded chargers, delicate crystal stemware, and custom stationery details from The Messy Painter completed the tablescape.
Following a gourmet dinner and custom cake service from The Artistic Whisk, guests joined the newlyweds on the dance floor with DJ entertainment from Grant Hemond & Associates keeping the energy vibrant through the final champagne farewell.
