Rather than defaulting to casual coastal pastels, Amanda and Michael established a striking modern statement for their ceremony by pairing the cerulean water with high-contrast black seating.
Gabro Event Services lined the ceremony terrace with rows of high-gloss black Chiavari chairs fitted with crisp white cushions. Moving into the Grand Ballroom at Opal Sands, the monochromatic concept expanded into an opulent dining experience. Floor-to-ceiling windows revealed Clearwater Beach’s famous pastel twilight, creating a glowing backdrop for tables dressed in pristine white textured linens punctuated by bold black accents.
Gabro Event Services carried the black Chiavari chairs into the reception space, establishing aesthetic cohesion across both phases of the day. At each table, gleaming crystal stemware, polished silverware, and modern black napkins framed towering arrangements of white orchids and roses. The intentional restraint of the black-and-white palette created a gallery-like sophistication, ensuring the glittering coastal sunset remained a central visual feature throughout dinner.
An Architectural Sweetheart Statement Framed in Sheer Voile Draping
