Gabro’s full event rental catalog for Tampa Bay — tents, staging, lighting, furniture, linens, bars, dance floors and climate control from a single supplier. Choose a category below to see what’s available and request a quote for your date.

What’s in the catalog

The catalog runs to fifteen categories, and most events draw from several of them at once.

Structure and cover: tents, draping, stages and risers, and dance floors — the pieces that define the footprint of an event and keep it usable in Florida weather.

Seating and service: chairs, tables, event furniture, bars and barbacks, and tableware — everything guests sit at, eat from and gather around.

Finish and atmosphere: linens, lighting, audio visual, and other decor and accessories — the layer that sets the tone of the room.

Site support: heating and cooling, and power generators — the equipment that makes an outdoor or unconventional venue behave like an indoor one.

How renting works

Browse any category to see current inventory. Add the pieces you’re considering to your wishlist, then send it through as a quote request. We confirm availability for your date, check quantities against your guest count and venue, and flag anything that won’t fit the space. Delivery and setup are included.

Planning around Florida weather

Outdoor events in Tampa Bay have to account for heat, afternoon storms and humidity. Tents and sidewalls handle sun and rain; fans and portable air conditioning keep guests comfortable through summer; heaters cover the handful of cold evenings between December and February. Where a venue has no power to spare, generators run the lighting, catering and climate equipment without touching the house supply.

Events we outfit

The same inventory covers weddings and receptions, corporate galas and fundraisers, school dances and graduations, and outdoor events in parks, on beaches and at private homes. If you are planning one of those, the individual event pages carry a shorter pre-filtered view of what usually applies — otherwise the full catalog above is the place to start.
