Proms, graduations and school dances
Prom and homecoming usually mean a dance floor, staging for a DJ or band, lighting, and lounge furniture around the edges of the room. Graduations need staging and risers, seating in rows, a podium area and a sound system. Both often run in a gym or cafeteria, which changes what works — floor protection and ceiling height are worth raising early.
Working around a school venue
School venues bring constraints hotels do not: fixed setup windows between classes and events, loading access that may not suit a large truck, and ceiling heights that limit draping and lighting. Tell us the access route and the window you have, and we will schedule delivery and breakdown around it.
Budget and scale
School budgets are usually fixed before the event is designed, which is the opposite of how most rentals get quoted. Send the number along with the guest count and we will tell you what it covers — it is more useful to know early that a full tent is out of range than to redesign later.
