Located at the epicenter of Tampa’s vibrant waterfront district, the Tampa Marriott Water Street provided Jessica and Chris with a spectacular modern canvas for their evening reception. With soaring ballroom ceilings, rich architectural paneling, and sweeping views of the downtown marina, the setting reflected the couple’s love for metropolitan flair.
Gabro Event Services framed the cavernous ballroom with floor-to-ceiling perimeter draping, softening the room’s formal geometry and creating an intimate cocoon of romantic white fabric. Crisp vertical folds flowed seamlessly from ceiling to floor, transforming the grand space into a bespoke luxury sanctuary.
Complementing the drapery, classic gold Chiavari chairs lined every guest table, their metallic finish reflecting the light from towering crystal candelabras and lush arrangements of blush garden roses and ivory hydrangeas.

Lighting was central to Jessica’s design vision, establishing a warm, flattering atmosphere that transitioned seamlessly from an elegant dinner to an electric late-night dance celebration.
Gabro Event Services positioned precision wireless LED uplights throughout the entire perimeter. The fixtures washed the draped fabric walls in soft hues of dusty rose and champagne gold, echoing the floral color palette and creating dynamic depth across every photograph.
Pin-spotting fixtures were focused directly onto the multi-tiered wedding cake and the couple’s sweetheart table, highlighting every intricate confectionary detail and floral petal beneath a gentle radiant glow.

At the center of the ballroom, Gabro Event Services installed a signature high-gloss white modular dance floor. The lustrous reflective surface served as the evening’s primary focal point, bouncing ambient light and framing the couple’s choreographed first dance in stunning cinematic style.
Surrounding the dance area, chic white lounge vignettes with mirrored cocktail tables gave guests a comfortable, stylish space to mingle and recharge between high-energy dance sets.
