The couple envisioned a celebration drenched in romance, sparkle, and high-energy luxury, selecting a radiant color palette of champagne gold, rose gold sequins, blush pink, and crisp ivory. Planned to perfection by Confetti Events, the celebration welcomed over a hundred traveling guests for an unforgettable open-air oceanfront ceremony followed by an opulent ballroom reception.
Oceanfront Vows on the Sandpiper Deck
The couple’s ceremony took place on the elevated Sandpiper Deck at Hilton Clearwater Beach, affording sweeping panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico while keeping guests comfortably elevated above the sandy shoreline. Against the deep turquoise water, the design team constructed a romantic sanctuary for the couple’s vows.
Gabro Event Services engineered the ceremonial focal point: a grand four-post chuppah arch adorned with billowing, sheer white fabric that danced gently in the ocean breeze. Clustered with lush ivory hydrangeas, blush garden roses, and silver dollar eucalyptus by Iza’s Flowers, the arbor framed Jaimie and Patrick as they pledged their lives to one another.

Golden Hour Elegance Along Clearwater Beach
Following the ceremony, the wedding party joined K&K Photography along the water’s edge as the Florida sun set over the Gulf. The bride shone in an exquisite strapless fit-and-flare gown adorned with delicate lace appliqué and sparkling beadwork from The White Room, complemented by a dramatic cathedral-length veil.
The contrast of glamorous metallic sequin bridesmaid gowns against the soft powder-white sand captured the exact balance of luxury and coastal relaxation the couple envisioned for their destination wedding.

Ballroom Metamorphosis with 360-Degree Fabric Draping
When guests entered the Grand Ballroom at the Hilton Clearwater Beach, they stepped into a breathtaking, shimmering wonderland. “I had a lofty goal for draping the ballroom, but I did not have a lofty budget for it,” the bride explained. “Kabe, the owner of Gabro Event Services, was so nice, worked with my budget, and was able to drape everything just as I’d hoped.”
Gabro Event Services wrapped the entire perimeter of the ballroom in crisp ivory fabric draping, completely concealing the venue walls and creating an intimate, illuminated cocoon. Layered over the draping was ambient uplighting and a custom projection monogram. In the corner of the room, Gabro installed high-back tufted white leather lounge loveseats, offering guests an ultra-chic VIP retreat throughout the evening.
