Surrounded by world-class gallery masterpieces and sweeping banyan trees along the downtown St. Petersburg waterfront, Nora and Adam celebrated their union with a timeless classical aesthetic defined by blush pink, stately navy, and radiant polished gold.

A Refined Classical Vision in Downtown St. Petersburg

For their springtime Florida nuptials, Nora and Adam wanted an ambiance that balanced historic architectural grandeur with an inviting, personal warmth. Having grown up visiting the picturesque parks and cultural enclaves of St. Petersburg, selecting the iconic Museum of Fine Arts offered an inspiring setting where timeless art collections meet panoramic views of Tampa Bay.
To harmonize their personal tastes, the couple paired deep, distinguished navy blue—the groom’s favorite shade—with romantic blush pink and glistening metallic gold. The palette echoed across every vignette, from the structured tailoring of the wedding party to the delicate botanical installations crafted by Bruce Wayne Florals.
“We had a lot of gold, blush pink, and white. We also threw some navy blue in there too,” Nora reminisced. “Adam’s favorite color is navy, and mine is pink, so it worked out nicely. We wanted an aesthetic that was elegant, comfortable, and elevated without feeling stiff.”

Timeless Ceremony Traditions & Waterfront Portraits

The couple’s wedding day commenced with a sacred traditional ceremony at St. Nicholas Antiochian Orthodox Church, filled with meaningful heritage rituals, choral harmony, and the crowning of the bride and groom. Following their vows, photographer Ashlee Hamon guided Nora, Adam, and their bridal party through the breezy banyan groves and waterfront esplanades of Vinoy Park.
Flanked by bridesmaids dressed in floor-length blush chiffon gowns, Nora carried an exquisite cascading bouquet of ivory hydrangeas, garden roses, and eucalyptus greenery. The waterfront portraits captured the vibrant coastal spirit of downtown St. Pete before guests transitioned into the climate-controlled conservatory and grand galleries of the museum.
Upon arriving at the Museum of Fine Arts, attendees were welcomed with passed hors d’oeuvres, signature cocktails, and private viewing access to the museum’s rotating art exhibits, setting an elevated cultural tone for the evening’s dinner and dancing.

Grand Conservatory Reception with Gold Chiavari Elegance

Entering the museum’s grand reception hall, guests were immersed in a radiant room transformation anchored by Gabro Event Services. Round dining banquet tables were draped in crisp formal linens and surrounded by classic gold Chiavari ballroom chairs fitted with plush ivory pads, reflecting the amber glow of tall tapered candlesticks and crystal stemware.
The centerpiece of the ballroom was Nora and Adam’s custom sweetheart table setup. Set against a dramatic backdrop of towering marble columns and illuminated with soft custom monogram lighting, the couple dined from an intimate upholstered loveseat framed by twin pedestals of blossoming hydrangeas and white roses.
A multi-course culinary experience curated by Olympia Catering was followed by a show-stopping dessert presentation from Alessi Bakeries. Fast Breaks Executive Entertainment kept the dance floor packed until the final send-off, capping a flawless celebration of love and classical luxury.
