To anchor the sacred space without obstructing the sweeping fairway vistas, Gabro Event Services designed and crafted a custom rustic dark-wood timber arch. Soft, flowing white chiffon was hand-draped across the wooden lintel, billowing gracefully in the afternoon breeze and mirroring the natural moss cascading from the surrounding branches.
Flanked by lush floral bouquets of white hydrangeas, garden roses, and hints of dusty blue, the wooden altar framed Lauren and Max as they exchanged their personal vows. The juxtaposition of structured natural timber against soft organic fabrics established a romantic southern aesthetic that felt both intimate and grandly grounded in its environment.

Transitioning into the Edinburgh Ballroom for the evening reception presented a unique design challenge that required thoughtful spatial planning. While the ballroom provided ample space for dining and dancing, a permanent raised performance stage sat prominently along the back wall—directly behind where the bride and groom envisioned their sweetheart table. Rather than allowing the dark stage structure to visually dominate the space, Gabro Event Services engineered a dramatic floor-to-ceiling fabric draping installation.
